We read the terms of 21 dating sites
17 of them use almost the same legal text, and none of those names a company that runs the site.
For adults only (18+). We read each service's own public pages on 2026-10-14. We did not register or pay. Terms change, so check the page itself before you rely on this.
What we found
- 17 of 21 services share one legal text. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are near-identical on each site, and the privacy policy names the same data processor: Crix Ltd, Marina House, Eden Island, Mahe, Seychelles.
- No operating company is named in those terms. They name only the data processor.
- They call themselves an entertainment service. The terms say the service, presented in the style of an online dating service, is an entertainment service, and give no guarantee that you will meet a member.
- In the terms we read we found no price, payment method or refund rules. The cancel link in the footer leads to a form that asks only for an email address.
- Three services have their own detailed terms and name the company behind them: IsLive, Flirtfordate and Lizalive.

What to do with this
- Before you pay anywhere, look for the name of the company, the price and how to cancel on the service's own pages.
- If the terms say a service is for entertainment, do not expect to meet the people you chat with.
- Read our guides: is this dating site legit, spot fake profiles and bots and cancel a subscription.
- See the services with entertainment-style terms in our Chats section.
Questions
Does a shared legal text mean the sites have the same owner?
No. It only shows that they use near-identical terms and the same data processor line. We make no claim about who owns or runs them. A buyer can check the terms of any site on its own pages.
What does entertainment service mean here?
The terms of these sites say the service is presented in the style of an online dating service but is an entertainment service, and that there is no guarantee you will meet any member in person.
Did you sign up or pay on any of these sites?
No. We only read the public terms, privacy and cancel pages of each service on 2026-10-14. We did not register, log in or pay.
Why do you still list some of them?
Some links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission. We list these services in a separate section, without verified stars, so you can see what their own terms say before you decide.
