Cancel and refund
The terms say to open "Mijn instellingen" (My settings) and choose "Account verwijderen" (Delete account), and that subscribers can unsubscribe at any time. Refunds: once a credit package is in use the terms accept no refund request. Unused credits can be refunded up to the amount paid, partly used packages only as credits, and tips and messages are not refundable.

Credits are bought as prepaid packages, and the terms list credit cards, debit cards and iDEAL. We saw no automatic renewal wording on the terms page.
