How to delete a Lizalive account and what the refund rules are

Cancel and refund

To delete an account, email [email protected] (terms) or use Me > Settings > Connected Account > Delete Account in the app (privacy policy); deletion is permanent and content cannot be retrieved. Refund wording: sales of Coins and Gifts are final, with refunds only for a technical issue with the purchase, fraudulent purchase or where law requires; requests go to [email protected].

Payment

Terms say major credit cards, certain debit cards and other methods may be offered, charged in US dollars unless another currency is offered. Payment partners may ask for ID, legal name, address and date of birth. No recurring billing, auto-renewal or billing descriptor wording appears in the terms read.

Who runs it

The terms footer names Auramin, Agias Elenis 4, Michaelides Building, Floor 1, Flat 104, Nicosia 1060, Cyprus (the lizalive.com footer says 'Auramin ltd'). No company registration number is given. Terms are governed by Cyprus law.
