Cancel and refund
The terms say you can manage and cancel the VIP Membership at any time in your Profile or at qkkiehelp.com. Refunds: all purchases are non-refundable except in exceptional cases at the company's sole discretion, and prepaid fees may be forfeited when an account is terminated or suspended. For EU residents the terms say the right to withdraw is lost once payment is completed.

Profiles and meetings
The terms say Qkkie is a platform designed for entertainment purposes where users can engage in flirtatious chat exclusively with fictitious profiles. They say all profiles are managed by agents or AI and are marked with an eye icon, and that the site is not intended for establishing meetings because physical contact with these profiles is not possible.
