How to cancel Wellhello and what the terms say about refunds

Based on the terms we read on 2026-10-14

For adults only (18+). Terms change, so check the service's own pages before you act. We did not sign up or pay. Some links are affiliate links.

This page only repeats what Wellhello says on its own pages. It is not legal advice, and a bank or card provider can help if a service does not answer you.

Cancel and refund

Cancel by sending a written request to [email protected] or through the contact form named in the terms. It must arrive during the Cancellation Period, which starts on the day you upgrade and ends 24 hours before the membership expires, and it takes effect only at the end of the membership cycle. Cancelling does not stop marketing emails. Fees are non-refundable and all purchases final; refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, and prepaid fees may be forfeited if an account is terminated or suspended. The terms do not describe steps for deleting an account; they say the company may keep some information after deactivation or termination.

Payment

Premium users authorize the company or its payment agents to charge the card (or another approved method) for recurring subscription fees and for purchases. Memberships renew automatically month to month until terminated, and trials become regular monthly memberships unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cards may be pre-authorized, and prepaid cards may be charged in several smaller amounts in one cycle. The terms say charges appear on the statement according to the terms or show the payment agent and do not name the text. If a payment fails or ends in a chargeback, the account may go to a collections agency with an extra $50 service charge and chargeback fees; the terms ask you to open a support ticket first.
