Short answer
Refunds are the big difference. Lizalive calls sales of Coins and Gifts final with a few exceptions. IsLive says unused credits can be refunded up to the amount paid. Lizalive names a company in Cyprus, IsLive one in the Netherlands with a chamber of commerce number.

Our take. If a refund is the thing you most fear needing, IsLive's wording is easier to live with. If you do not plan to spend much, your own limit matters more than the gap between the two.
